About William Shuhaibar
William Shuhaibar is the CEO and co-founder of the successful e-commerce company, TheBathOutlet.com, a one-stop-shop for home and bath furnishings, headquartered just 30 minutes outside of Philadelphia, PA.
Will caught the web development bug early, as he bought a book, taught himself some basic HTML, and launched his first website at just 15-years-old, SkyHoops.com, which was a blog about the NBA. While in high school, he continued down that path by helping his father out with his company’s website. He then went on to attend Villanova University, where he graduated with his B.S. in Computer Engineering in 2006 and a Master’s in Computer Engineering in 2009.
After working as a Junior Web Developer throughout graduate school for a company based in Wilmington, Delaware, Will left that job to begin his own business with his younger brother, Yaz Shuhaibar. The two brothers founded TheBathOutlet, LLC in 2009. The site began as one of the only e-commerce websites to focus on strictly selling bathroom accessories. Eventually, as the business grew, the company expanded the site to include bathroom sinks, vanities, faucets, and more.
In the five years since the company launched, they’ve grown from just the two brothers to eleven full-time employees. Will credits the success of the company to how well they work with their customers, and believes the core of their business stems from customer satisfaction and loyalty. He has spent countless hours working on the back-end of the site to improve the customer experience.
Currently, TheBathOutlet is working on opening up a large showroom at their Montgomery County, PA headquarters, and is looking forward to serving potential customers not just online, but in person as well.
When Will isn’t working, he enjoys reading, watching and playing sports, hanging out with his brother and friends, and spending time with his wife Trisha, who also works for the company.
