Jonny Gibaud was working as a project manager for a large company, but wanted to do something else, so he started trying to burn that bridge. It didn’t work out quite like you might expect — certainly not as Jonny expected. Jonny shares his story on this episode of the How to Quit Working Show.

After graduating with a first class honours degree Jonny trained with the special forces then following one failed company and a short stint as a project manager in the oil and gas industry cofounded EFS Ltd in 2009 and grew it into the UK’s largest emergency food storage company with customers including the UN and UK Military.
Between 2009 and 2015 he travelled the world living in eight different countries across four continents, wrote five books and licensed multiple products globally including the GOBrandMe™ range of training tools. Jonny’s ideas and strategies have been implemented by world renowned companies and organisations including the UN, the NHS and Unilever. He speaks to universities and businesses on strategies specifically in the areas of entrepreneurship, creativity and critical thinking.
An avid adventurer, amateur photographer and life long diver, Jonny is working his way to the goal of travelling half the world and living on every continent.
