Yes Jeff. Whenever you want to communicate something it’s your job to figure out how to make your message understandable. You need to know your audience, their education, what language do they speak and methods with which they best learn to start. It’s never the audience’s responsibility to figure you out. You’ve got to do the work. Think of your best teachers. It may have been your worst subject but they made it doable, understandable and fun and engaging. But honestly I got what you were trying to sell and think it would be good. I know a lot of my super nutrition friends would cringe, but….I hate to cook so fast and easy isn’t a bad idea. However I think we all need to slow down a bit and make time for the essentials, like calmly eating a meal.

Indeed, Carol! Love your insights. I took an evening to cook a good meal by myself last week and it was so fun and zen! :)
