How to be an entrepreneur — Cody’s story
Cody McLain couldn’t find a group of kids that he fit in with in high school. Instead of moping and whining about it, he figured out how to be an entrepreneur. At the age of 16, he was running a successful web hosting company. He used his breaks in school to handle customer support! Cody is now 24 years old, and has started and sold multiple six-figure producing businesses. He overcame his fears, logistics of being and underage business owner, and anxiety issues.
What success means to Cody:
I wouldn’t define success as making money or working 12-hour days. Success is finding your passion and doing something you love.
There are so many factors that could have stopped, I just saw them as obstacles and didn’t let them hold me back from my goal.
Cody McLain is the author of MindHack, and explores the boundaries of social psychology, online conversion, and productivity. He’s founder of several successful online companies and hopes to teach others not only how to grow their business, but lead a more productive, happier life.
